As Newcastle’s most professional party bus company we have been granted access to high quality venues that other party buses are not permitted to visit. We've put together an Exclusive All-Inclusive Party Bus Wine Tour so you can still have a massive day out.

LUNCH UPGRADE OPTION
Enjoy an amazing lunch at the sensational Twine Restaurant in one of the most beautiful locations in the Hunter Valley. This option is available during the booking process for +$28pp. See menu
A tour from Newcastle is 6 hours in duration and it takes an hour to get to the Valley and an hour home so that’s at least 2hrs on the bus! That leaves 4 hours for tastings and lunch.
Pickup: 9:30am
Drop off: 3:30pm
If pickup is within 20 mins of Pokolbin we add another venue at the end of the day usually The Mighty where drinks are at your own expense. The chocolate & cheese shops are also an option.

- We do not go further south than Morisset. If you live on the Central Coast we can pickup and drop off at Morisset station.
We suggest you move as quickly as possible as we’re booked out every weekend. Not only do we book out but, our partner venues do also.

NOTES ON BOOKING
- Only $400 is required to book.- The deposit MUST be paid by credit card despite the system allowing you to do it by bank transfer.
- When you book just select the number of people you think you will have. If your numbers are different when the balance is due, just let us know and we'll amend the invoice.
- Read the terms and conditions
- There is a $400 REFUNDABLE security bond payable the week of the tour. This will be refunded on the Monday after the tour.
WHAT'S EXPECTED OF YOU?
- Wineries are NOT nightclubs or your local pub and therefore a certain standard of behaviour is required.- Strictly NO alcohol to be consumed before boarding the bus
- Strictly NO drugs
- While there are no purchase requirements we ask that out of courtesy you support the venues who support us and buy some of their exceptional products

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: If we are denied entry into a venue can we just drive around?A: No. Keep your shit together. We're a fully accredited bus operator and the schedule must be adhered to by law. Welcome to Australia, the nanny state.
Q: Is there a toilet on the bus.
A: No, but once a girl used the bus as a toilet.
Q: Can we have a different start / finish time?
A: Saturday = no / Monday through to Friday = yes
Q: Can we add another venue?
A: No.
Q: Can we bring alcohol onto the bus.
A: Yes. It's a party bus ;)
Q: Is there a limit to how much alcohol we can bring onto the bus?
A: No. Whatever is left over can be either removed at the end of the night or donated to Damien.
Q: Do we need to be vaccinated to get onto the bus?
A: Your vaccination status is none of our business.
Q: Are your staff vaccinated?
A: The vaccination status of our staff and contractors is none of your business.
Q: What venues do you go to?
A: We'll tell you after the deposit is paid. Rest assured, they're great venues and we always receive positive feedback.
Q: Can we go in fancy dress?
A: Depends. Venues have dress codes so nothing outrageous like an inflatable dick suit. We don't care if everyone is naked while on the bus though!
