Party Bus Day Run
You've got two options: either you plan the run yourself or we can take care of everything for you including:
- providing venue options
- booking the venues
- taking pre-orders for food and drinks for fast service
This removes all of the stress and hassle of planning the day so all you need to do is get on the bus. Thi is included in the price.
IMPORTANT: ALL VENUES MUST BE BOOKED!!! We can't just rock up at a venue and dump a group of people on them. They need notice.
WHY DO WE DO WE DO THIS?
Most party buses are BANNED from 99% of venues in Newcastle except us. When it come to party buses in Newcastle & the Valley, no other company even comes close to the level of service we provide which means a better day out for you and your friends. We don't need to park around the corner and have you sneak into venues and you won't be lining up at the door wasting your valuable party time. We're not the cheapest but we're definitely the BEST!
LUNCH MUST BE INCLUDED
One of your stops must include food. We can't have you on a drinking tour for 6 hours and not include food. Things get way too messy. You don't want to be in a situation where some of your group are denied entry into venues.
START / FINISH TIMES
- Tour start time is 9:30am and finish time 3:30pm (weekdays we're flexible) - Max of 27 people

- Party bus and driver for 6hrs.- All standard party bus inclusions listed below.

- We do not go further south than Morisset. If you live on the Central Coast we can pickup and drop off at Morisset station.

SECURITY BOND
A $400 security bond is payable the week of the tour. This will be refunded on the Monday after the tour. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: If we are denied entry into a venue can we just drive around?
A: No. Keep your shit together. We're a fully accredited bus operator and the schedule must be adhered to by law. Welcome to Australia, the nanny state.
Q: Is there a toilet on the bus.
A: No, but once a girl used the bus as a toilet.
Q: Can we have a different start / finish time?
A: No.
Q: Can we bring alcohol onto the bus.
A: Yes. It's a party bus ;)
Q: Is there a limit to how much alcohol we can bring onto the bus?
A: No. Whatever is left over can be either removed at the end of the night or donated to Damien.
Q: Do we need to be vaccinated to get onto the bus?
A: Your vaccination status is none of our business.
Q: Are your staff vaccinated?
A: The vaccination status of our staff and contractors is none of your business.
Q: Can we go in fancy dress?
A: Yes. We encourage it!
WHAT'S EXPECTED OF YOU
- No drinking prior to boarding.
- We have partnerships with venues and anti-social behaviour impacts our reputation. Anyone compromising our reputation will not be allowed back onto the bus.
