WHAT VENUES CAN YOU VISIT? 

We have a list of venues we work with regularly. It includes pubs, bars & restaurants. These are only available with Option #2 below.

OPTION #1 - YOU PLAN THE RUN

We provide you with a schedule outline with times then you tell us where you'd like to go. 

- You plan the run
- You MUST book in at each venue and tell them that you're on a party bus. We can't just rock up at a venue and dump a group of people on them. They need notice.
- Dinner MUST be the first stop.
- Many venues will NOT take party bus groups and we recommend option #2 to avoid any hassles.

OPTION #2 - WE PLAN THE RUN (recommended)

As Newcastle’s most professional party bus company we have been granted access to high quality venues that other party buses are not permitted
to visit. We've worked with top local venues to give you options for your massive night out.

- We do not go further south than Morisset. If you live on the Central Coast we can pickup and drop off at Morisset station.

SECURITY BOND

- There is a $400 REFUNDABLE security bond payable the week of the tour. This will be refunded on the Monday after the tour. Please don't message us after we request it telling us you already paid it because you haven't...LOL What you paid was the $400 deposit. 

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

We are working with community groups and law enforcement to ensure a hassle-free experience for you and our partner venues. Please take into account these considerations prior to booking.

• Dinner must be the first stop. We have a number of options for you with different price points.
  
• All venues MUST be pre-booked. We can’t just rock up somewhere and unload 20+ people on a venue without prior notice.
  
• No drinking prior to boarding
• No drugs
  
• Drinks in bottles and cans are the only beverages permitted on board.
  
• Anyone vomiting on the bus will be removed. 
• Anyone compromising our relationships with venues will not be permitted back on.
  

Don't think we're a bunch of Nazi's because we're not. You can still have a wild time and let your hair down. If you just want to get shit-faced, munted or cooked and leave a trail of destruction behind you we suggest you book with another party bus company but you get what you pay for. However, if you want a premium party bus experience book with us!

21st BIRTHDAYS 

Passenger numbers are capped at 21 people. Yes, the bus holds 27 but if this is a 21st we'll only take 21 people. Think you're a smart arse and want to pretend it's not a 21st? See how far you get. We recommend not doing it. 

BUCK'S PARTIES

Buck's parties with entertainers on board are restricted to 20 people max. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why are you more expensive than other party buses?
A: We are Newcastle's most professional party bus company. The level of service we provide is above and beyond anyone else. We have relationships with venues who value our patronage. Everyone always comments on how the experience on our buses was better than on others.

Q: If we are denied entry into a venue can we just drive around?
A: No. Keep your shit together. We're a fully accredited bus operator and the schedule must be adhered to by law. Welcome to Australia, the nanny state. 

Q: Is there a toilet on the bus.
A: No, but once a girl used the bus as a toilet. 

Q: Can we have a different start / finish time?
A: No. 

Q: Can we bring alcohol onto the bus. 
A: Yes. It's a f-ing party bus ;) 

Q: What venues do you go to? 
A: We can go wherever you like provided they're happy to take party buses. 

Q: Is there a limit to how much alcohol we can bring onto the bus? 
A: No. Whatever is left over can be either removed at the end of the night or donated to Damien. 

Q: Do we need to be vaccinated to get onto the bus?
A: Your vaccination status is none of our business. 

Q: Are your staff vaccinated? 
A: The vaccination status of our staff and contractors is none of your business. 

Q: Can we go in fancy dress? 
A: Yes
